Situated on an 8 acre hillside in Draper, the challenge from our client was to engineer a space for an apartment complex with 324 units including a four story apartment structure and 2 levels of parking. The civil engineering requirements were extensive as the apartment complex would be terraced into the hillside. The Wilding team performed survey, geotechnical engineering, civic engineering and materials testing.

The result was an aesthetically pleasing site and building plan.
