Our land surveying team’s experience and expertise can accommodate any surveying need you may encounter. We perform most of the tasks below regularly. Our surveyors provide efficient and accurate surveys and will stay with your project from start to finish. We have professional surveyors licensed in five states. Our capabilities range from helping neighbors resolve boundary line disputes to thousand mile utility line surveys.

Our crews utilize the latest improvements in surveying equipment technology, including Trimble R12 and R10 GPS systems and Robotic Total Stations, Leica LiDAR Scanning, and Drone Aerial Photography.

Our geotechnical engineers have seen and handled soil and rock from sites throughout the Intermountain West, and have evaluated them in our soil laboratory. We provide geotechnical studies and recommendation reports for the construction of a variety of structures. These structures include residential and commercial buildings, electrical substations and transmission lines, communication towers, pipelines, and bridges.

We are licensed in Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, Montana, Oregon, and Washington.

Our environmental engineers and inspectors well understand the importance of current environmental protection efforts in construction, and have made dealing with these efforts our specialty. State and Federal regulations relating to environmental protection and public health have improved construction practices and continue to increase along with the monitoring required to ensure compliance. Our materials testing team of project managers and inspectors has a wide range of experience and technical ability. We provide materials testing services for the construction of all types of residential and commercial land development projects. We also provide civil inspection services and testing for construction of electrical substations and transmission lines. These services include daily reports on construction activities to allow owners, contractors, and municipalities to remain aware of progress on their site.
