The plans for this 12 acre site included both townhome style and multi-level apartment buildings. The development site in Draper was situated in an existing basin, which presented slope stability and geotechnical challenges to accommodate 177 individual units with their 394 corresponding parking spaces. The Wilding team performed survey, geotechnical engineering, civic engineering and materials testing.

The build out on this project is as visually appealing as it is sound in its design and engineering.
