The Lehi Skilled Nursing facility presented unique engineering requirements in order to accommodate a 45,000 square foot building with one hundred parking stalls on a 5 acre site. This required an underground detention system and retaining walls to maximize available parking area in support of the facility.

The Wilding team performed surveying, civil and geotechnical engineering as well as materials to ready the site for development and construction.
